Can I let others drive the car?
Yes, if the co-driver has been registered with us in advance on the same conditions as if they had rented the car themselves.
Can I drive abroad?
Yes, but not to Eastern Europe and Great Brittain. If you have questions, please call us and ask!
What happens if the car breaks down abroad?
Bookcar is partners with Europcar, which is the largest car rental operator in Europe and is represented in many countries. If you have technical problems with the car, just contact the Europcar location where you picked up the car. They will help you and if necessary supply you with a new car at no extra charge.
How old is the rental car?
We replace our cars regularly, so a typical passengar car will be from this year or the year before.
Can I book in advance?
Yes. It's free and it shortens the wait when you pick up the car.
Is it possible to rent one-way?
One-ways are usually possible and we charge a fee, depending on the distance for the home transport of the vehicle.
